Q1. How can I become a dealer?
First, we ask that you register your business information on our website and submit through here. Once we have received your application, we will verify your company details and then change your Janice Paper account to a wholesale account, which usually takes up to 3 working days.
Q2. Do you sell these publicly or only to wholesale customers?
Do wholesale accounts receive a discount on the prices listed on the website?
1) Janice Paper's products are not available to end-users. We carefully verify each wholesale application under our strict guide rules to protect genuine wholesale dealers.
2) You can find discounts in the following ways.
A. Subscribe to our Newsletter. Sometimes, we do some extra discounts on our Newsletter.
B. Subscribe to our FB and IG. We do some promotions from time to time on our social media.
C. By offering customer reviews, you can to gain a coupon code to be used on your next order.
D. Become our VIP. The more you order from us, the bigger VIP discount you will receive.
Q3 Will my clients know I use Janice Paper? Will Janice Paper contact my clients?
1) No. Your clients only know everything is coming right from you. The products you create through 'Janice Paper' are 100% unbranded and shipped in unbranded packages.
2) No, Janice Paper will never contact your clients.
Q4. Do you have a price list?
Yes, after we verify and send your registration information, we will send you a price list link. We also provide our dealer with the PDF price list, and you can download it here.

Q1:What’s LED Neon?
LED Neon is a modern alternative to traditional neon. Made from LED neon, our signs are kid-safe and earth friendly. LED Neon provides that same warm neon glow without the use of harmful gases or breakable glass.
Q2:Is Janice Paper’s neon sign safe?
Yes, absolutely!
Due to its low voltage, it won’t heat up even after long hours of operation
Q3: How to dim the neon sign?
Janice Paper provides you with a dimmer, which plugs in between your sign and the power supply.
You can use it to adjust the brightness of your sign and program the light to flash/glow in multiple models.
Q4: How to install the neon sign?
We have four installment methods.
1. Mounting on the wall with screws (We will drill the holes on the board).
2. Hanging or suspending by wires (We will drill the holes on the board).
3. Sitting on a table by a stand(But we don’t offer the stand)
4. Attaching to a surface by 3M strip.
Q5: Does the neon sign need any maintenance?
Not at all.
Just don’t repeatedly plug and unplug it, which will reduce the lifespan of the neon sign.
Q6: Is the neon sign waterproof?
Janice Paper offers waterproof neon signs for outdoor events. You can upgrade it when you place the order.
About Customization
Q1: How many colors does Janice Paper offer?
1. For the light color, we have 12 in total.
2. For the outer stripe, it is standard white. If you want it the same as the light color, you choose when you place the order. The price will be the same.
Q2:How many fonts can I choose?
We have a total of 34 fonts to choose from. You can check with this link:invitation_wording_fonts.html
If the font you want we don’t have, you can send us the font file, then we could change it for you.
Q3: How many customization methods does Janice Paper offer?
We offer two ways.
1. For the wording sign, you can go to the custom link, you can choose the sizes, the lines, the fonts, and the colors and send us the wording.
2. You can also send us your design ideas, and then we will give you a quote according to your design.
Q4:Will I get a design proof?
Yes.
After you place the order and send us your design. Our designer will send you a proof within 1-2 working days.
Once you confirm the proof, we will move your design to production.
The turnaround begins from your approval of the design. Your quick reply is essential for on time shipping. Please also remember to check your junk/spam folders.
Q5: How can I get a quote for my design?
Email us(neonsign@janicepaper.com).
Then we will give you a quote within 1-2 days.
Q6: Is design service free?
If you couldn’t offer us the vector file, the design fee is necessary. Generally, it is $30.
But it depends on the design you want. The final design fee is according to the complexity of the design.
Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to change the details or offer a refund.
Q7: Can you print an image on my sign?
Sure! We could make it with UV printing on the acrylic. It is an effective way to achieve multicolor on acrylic.
About Shipping and Payment
Q1: What is the turnaround time?
Generally, the turnaround time is 2 weeks, which includes the shipping time. But it can be unstable during the holidays.
If you have rushed orders, please indicate when you place the order.
Q2: Which shipping method does Janice Paper use?
1. All orders are shipped by express DHL/FedEx/TNT. For DHL, it is only available in the US, CA, and Mexico.
2. Please note all packages via FedEx and TNT were delivered WITHOUT signature request. But packages via DHL need signature request.
3. Please kindly note that FedEx/DHL DO NOT deliver on weekends or national holidays.
Q3. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to ensure your products will reach you safely.
Q4: Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number from the delivery courier.

Q5: Where are the neon sign was shipped from?
We are located in China. The sign will be directly shipped from our factory.
Q6. Can you ship orders overseas, how long will it take for me to receive it?
Yes, we can ship orders all over the world.
For DHL, it generally takes 3-4 business days.( DHL is only available in the US, CA, and Mexico)
For FedEx and TNT, it generally takes 6-10 business days.
Q7: What if my sign is damaged in transit?
Actually, it seldom happens. If this happens, Janice Paper will ensure that a quick resolution will be provided.
First, the damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of your sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will not be covered under warranty. So, we suggest you check all details asap when you receive the product.
Note: the delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.
To get a replacement, please send us an email (neonsign@janicepaper.com) with all of the following:
1. A clear photo of the damage to the sign,
2. A clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box,
3. and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
Q8: What if my sign is lost or stolen?
If you are worried, we recommend you choose DHL, which requests a signature. Please kindly note that DHL is only available in the US, CA, and Mexico.
Please be aware that if you choose to provide a signature on the delivery requirement, Janice Paper will take no responsibility for lost, missing or stolen parcels that have been marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service.
Q9: What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union and bank transfers. Please note that PayPal and Credit Card will only accept up to $800. Therefore you may need to use an alternative method of payment to finalize the order. Please find below bank account information:
Return & Cancellation policy
Q1. Can I cancel the order?
It depends on the situation.
1. If you just place the order and we haven’t sent you the proof, you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund. You can contact us immediately about the cancelation.
2. If you dislike our e-proofs or the quality of our service BEFORE we process your order, it is also OK to cancel the order, but $15 of the design fee will be deducted when we provide you the refund. Because the designer had spent time on the design of your order.
3. Custom products cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made.
Q2. What is your return policy?
Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
1. If the neon sign you receive doesn’t work, please attach a short video of your sign as well as photos within 7 days. So we suggest you check all details asap when you receive the product.
Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
2. If a replacement has been agreed Janice Paper will produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
3. If a full or partial refund has been agreed Janice Paper will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
4. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three working days from receipt of order.
5. You are requested to provide us with the Authorization number of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
